Quotes
Website quotes use vehicle base + £2.75 per mile + £5, based on driving distance. The confirmed fare is the one we send after booking. Airport fees, congestion charge and extra waiting may be added if they apply and were not in the original quote.
Your details
You must give a correct flight number, terminal, passenger count and luggage. We may refuse or resize the vehicle if the load does not match the booking.
Waiting time
Included waiting is 45 minutes after landing at Heathrow and 30 minutes at Gatwick, Stansted and Luton, or 60 minutes for meet & greet. After that, extra waiting may be charged.
Cancellations
Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup: full refund of fares we can recover. Inside 24 hours a fee may apply unless the flight is cancelled and you tell us promptly. No-shows may be charged in full.
Conduct
Drivers may end a journey if passengers are abusive or unsafe. You are responsible for child seats you did not request, and for damage to the vehicle beyond fair wear.
Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, airport operations or incorrect details you supplied, beyond re-timing the car where we reasonably can. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
