Who we are

What we collect
Name, phone, email, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight number, passenger counts, child-seat needs, payment references, and messages you send by form, phone or WhatsApp. If you apply as a driver we also collect licence and vehicle details you submit.
Why we use it
To quote, confirm and run the transfer; to contact you about delays; to take payment; to meet legal private-hire record requirements; and to respond to complaints. We do not sell your data.
Sharing
We share what the assigned driver needs to complete the job. Payment processors and hosting (including Firebase) process data as our providers. We share with police or regulators if the law requires it.
Retention
Booking records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, insurance and licensing, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, corrections, or deletion where the law allows. Email bookings@worldairporttransfer.co.uk. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
The public site is static HTML. If we add analytics later, this page will name the cookies. Third-party maps on the booking flow may set their own cookies (Google Maps).
