North terminal and South terminal
Gatwick is two terminals linked by a free shuttle. EasyJet dominates the North; British Airways and many long-haul flights use the South. If your booking says the wrong terminal, the driver can still reach you, but you will walk or take the shuttle. Put the terminal and flight number on the booking so we wait in the right place.
North Terminal
Short Stay / authorised pickup. Heavy easyJet banks in the early morning. We track the inbound so a 40-minute delay does not leave you on the pavement.
South Terminal
Express pickup and short stay. BA and mixed long-haul. Meet & greet in arrivals if you do not want to navigate the car park with a trolley.
30 minutes waiting
Included after landing on a standard Gatwick job. Meet & greet includes 60 minutes. Parking rules at express pickup are tight — we do not idle in a no-waiting lane.
Brighton and the south
Gatwick is often faster to Brighton, Crawley and Horsham than going via central London. Say so on the form if that is the real destination.
Gatwick vs train vs Uber
Gatwick Express to Victoria is the speed play for a solo traveller heading to that station. Thameslink is cheaper toward St Pancras. A Gatwick airport transfer is the door-to-door option: one vehicle, your postcode, child seats, and no second taxi when you arrive at Victoria with four cases. Uber from Gatwick regularly surges when several easyJet aircraft land together. Our quote does not.

Do I need meet & greet at Gatwick?
Not if you know the pickup zone and travel light. Use meet & greet for first visits, children, mobility needs, or a delayed long-haul when you do not want to hunt for a car park code.
Can you fit a family plus luggage?
Saloon is tight above two large cases. Book an MPV or 8-seater if you have a buggy or more than three suitcases.
