What happens on the day
You send the flight number when you book. We watch the inbound. When you clear immigration and baggage, the driver is landside in arrivals — not airside, and not in a remote car park you have to find on a map. They help with luggage, walk you to the vehicle, and start the journey. You get the driver’s mobile before landing so you can call if the belt is slow.
Name board
Printed with the lead passenger name you put on the booking. Spell it as on the ticket so you can actually see it in a crowded T5 hall.
60 minutes waiting
Included after the flight lands. Standard curb pickup is 45 minutes at Heathrow and 30 minutes at Gatwick, Stansted and Luton. Meet & greet is the longer buffer.
Delays
If the aircraft is late, the meeting time moves. You do not pay a “driver waited from 14:00” fee because the plane landed at 15:10.
Who should book it
First time at Heathrow, travelling with children, mobility needs, arriving after midnight, or a client you are collecting on a corporate job.
Airports
Meet & greet is available at Heathrow (T2–T5), Gatwick North and South, Stansted and Luton. Terminal rules change; we send the current meeting note with the confirmation, not a generic “arrivals hall” line that no longer matches the building.
Meet and greet FAQs
Is meet and greet the same as a normal airport taxi?
No. A standard job waits at the authorised pickup. Meet & greet puts a person in front of you with a board so you never walk the last 400 metres guessing which barrier is yours.
Can the driver come through to the gate?
No. UK arrivals halls are landside. We meet after customs and baggage, which is where almost every professional meet & greet operates.
